Have you lost 70 to 100 pounds ? Cause I have and my doc says it a side effect from the weight loss she checks me out every 3 months I actually have am apt tomorrow -

OMG I haven't had breakfast in 3 yrs, I have a protein shake and can't tolerate meat, choice, pasta and rice except for sushi rice my doc says different have different tolerances but I'm still down 95 so it is what it is -

After I got my first fill chix, meat, bread pasta where too difficult I basically never went back either cause I can't everyone is different do liquids and mushy foods you need to experiment to see what foods works that's where I'm at 3 years later -
I am 90 to 100 pounds post opp and I get this often I go to my surgeon every 3 months to get checked out and she says it's normal to experience pain in the port

I actually can't eat any meat since I was banded 3 years ago, it doesn't go down at all, I eat alot of beans for protein and alot of fish

I am about 3 years post op and now have bloating issues also
