Surgery was actually not as bad as I expected. Was awake and walking soon after and allowed to go home soon thereafter. I have been on pain meds just for two days and haven't taken any more since Sunday am. So glad that I didn't experience any of the major pain from gas as I have read on this forum. None at all, actually. I am now trying to add the protein shakes back into my diet little at a time and do feel some discomfort from bloating but I hope this subsides soon. All in all I wo...
