Just walked in the door so didn't make it home in one day. Catching up on emails and then heading to bed. Flute rehearsal tomorrow morning. Our flowering crab trees are in full bloom. Pics tomorrow. Laura.. hollyhocks will bloom each year. I have several of those. Love the color of yours. More later today. I can see everyone is sleeping!

We are up, packed and going to enjoy a Texas waffle before heading to the car rental and then to the airport. Had a FANTASTIC time here. Beautiful wedding, great parties and I got to enjoy it with the Violets AND the Bobster. Who could ask for anything more???? Everyone have a great day. Will catch you back here tonight.

Just back from WW... I lost 3.8#!!!! That with the 4.2# from last time makes 8# since May 3! I'm pumped!!! AND the plumber was gone when I got back. Sink is back to normal, tie is found, will check in right now and we are good to go!!!!!:biggrin::crying:

I have a nephew getting married Oct. 9th so that weekend is out for me. But any other would work!!

I'm sure there will be one at the hotel.

Printing out my boarding pass at 12:30. Bob still can't find his tie. We're going to stop at a mall and get one on the way. He couldn't figure out who he got the text message from this morning! Thinks he has a stalker.. EVERYONE at church knows I'm going to a big, Mexican wedding in Texas. No choir this Sunday and I will miss rehearsal tonight. wooo hooooo!!!

I'm charging up the Kindle and waiting for the plumber. Happy, happy, joy, joy.

Good morning, Violets.. Well, today is the day!! We head out around 1 and will get to Detroit in 5 hours. Then spend the night and fly out at noon tomorrow. IT'S HERE!!! After the longggggggggg countdown and anticipation, the Violets will descend on Texas and claim it!! Delo.. -2# !!! Congrats. I'm going to weigh in today at 11:45. Hope it's good news. Tracyinks hasn't been here in ages. She's on Facebook now. Those Violets who will be here will need to keep down the fort and we'll be back with pictures and stories, I'm sure!! Ok.. disaster time. Bob can't find his GOOD tie. Not like he doesn't have sixteen hundred ties... he just has to have this particular one. He's now going through the house top to bottom to find it. Joy.. Home from rehearsal.. sink is still clogged, but the house is in decent shape and we are 95% packed. Should be on our way on time........ hopefully!

The chocolate mousse is GONE! No, I didn't inhale it... I gave it to Joe when he came over to put air in the car's tire. I got 5 plants planted in the front yard and got my laundry finished. Off to rehearsal and then home to clean my bathroom and finish last minute details. We leave tomorrow between noon and 1 so time in the morning to get some things done too. Crossing my fingers the plumber gets here before we have to leave.

Two days till we are together again... Ok, three for Laura, but who's counting....?? Oh yeah... ME!!!!!

Good afternoon, Violets.. Home from the luncheon. I had a bowl of butternut squash soup and a spinach salad. I made chocolate mousse for dessert and had 2 teaspoons of it. The rest is sitting in the fridge and son Joe will take care of it for me. The plumber can't come today and we leave between noon and 1 tomorrow, but they have Joe's number and he will come over when the plumber comes. Hopefully it won't be anything major, but I can hear the ka-ching, ka-ching as I type. I'm headed out to get a couple of tee shirts for the Bobster. He has almost everything packed. I picked up his suit this morning. Sure hope we have enough clothes and the right kind for the weather. You know I'm used to highs of 50 and 60!!!! Janie... $50 to alter the dress???????? My whole dress was only $60!!!! YIKES!! Will check back later... 2 more days, ladies!!!

Oh joy..... ready to leave tomorrow and the kitchen sink is stopped up. We've tried plunging and Drano... just put the last of the bottle in and I'll have to check it after I get back from my luncheon. Why NOW??????

Good morning, Violets.. Woke up to a clogged sink this morning. Bob is on his way to get something to fix it. Keeping my fingers crossed. Janie... the Bobster has a belly button hernia that REALLY sticks out. You two can compare!! Off to find some breakfast and then get started on laundry. I have a PMS luncheon today a noon and need to make some chocolate mousse. Going to be very tempting, but it would be 11 WW points and no way am I giving those up for one serving!! Everyone have a great day!!!

Oh, I definitely don't expect another loss like that! I'll be happy to stay the same or maybe lose 1/2 a pound... anything as long as it's not a gain. Thanks for the info, Mae!

Mae.. If I weighed in on Saturday, can I weigh in again this Wednesday?? Otherwise I can't go until we get back next week and that will be way over a week's time.

Bob and I will be glad to come and get you on Friday. I think the rest of the Violets will be a little too "margied" to remember who you are! And insist all you want, but we will take you back on Sunday. It's really not a problem. You know what party people Bob and I are!! :biggrin:
