Gooooooooooood morning, Violets! Well yesterday eggs went down slick, but today they are stuck. Could only eat a couple bites of my omelette and that was it. I'm on my way to my flute rehearsal and then to Penneys. Nope. not buying a thing. I have plenty of clothes for right now. But come spring, I'll have to go seriously looking. Gotta look sharp for the get together!! Everyone have a great day and I'll check back in later!! (please refrain from talking about the sex swing, k?) (I don't want to miss anything!!)

Evening, Violets.. Yikes.. Law and Order SVU was something else tonight. Lots of twists and turns and a sad ending. Pamela... Being a teacher was all I ever wanted to be from the first day I ever thought about what I was going to be when I grew up. Now the Bobster as amazing a pastor as he is says he wishes he had been a History teacher. He really is a super speaker and a wonderful minister, but it's a tough, tough job. I admire him everyday for the sacrifices he has made. I'm just in from the hot tub and it was wonderful even though it's 41 and raining out. Got my toning exercises in and I'm ready to head to bed. Everyone sleep well. Hump day tomorrow!!! For me that means flute rehearsal and choir rehearsal... but in between I'm going to Penneys and just try on clothes! Not going to buy anything. just get an idea of what size I am now. fun, fun, FUN!!

Sheeesh... I must have missed a whole page of posts. Laura, just read your post about your sister. She and your family will be in my prayers. I'm back from rehearsal and watched the end of Biggest Loser. I don't know any of the people, but watching how Curtis and Mallory had continued was neat. Watching Law and Order now.. bbl..

Hey.. I really appreciate Ms. Jenn's input, but when I checked those deals, they all fly out of New York or was I reading it wrong??? That would make it well over $250 for me as I'd have to get a flight out to New York first. I too really was looking forward to the Splash Mountain dealy where we all could be in one place.. But I will go with the flow and do whatever it takes to get us all together!! I might just have to break the Bobster's heart and tell him no Gettysburg...

Michelle.. since I'm driving in... do I drive to the place we're going to be staying or to your place?? How far is Gettysburg from the place we're going to be staying? Splash Mountain Lodge is what I'm assuming..

You DO all know that I will be charging for my Crystal Light expertise, right?? It's not everyone that can stick a bottle of water with some powder in it in a freezer and make it come out frozen. ta da!! I'm trying to get some tuna to go down right now. I'm supposed to be at a PMS luncheon (Pastor's Main Squeeze), but I didn't write it on the calendar and the Bobster called me at 11:58 to see if I was going to be there at noon. Kat.. I won't repeat what I said, k? but I'm here at the computer instead of at the Chinese restaurant. @#$%... ooooops. yup, that's what I said. I had to email everyone with a mybad story. That'll teach me not to write stuff down!! Terry... jewerlyholic?? MOI?? Whatevah gave you that idea?? Just because the bobster says one of my arms hangs lower than the other cause of all the bracelets and rings on it means nothing. If you're so inclined to make jewelry for me, might I request something medium sized and diamond encrusted???? (stop laughing!) Speaking of DH's. I just have to give kudos to mine. I am so blessed to have the very, very best DH in the world. There is not a day that goes by that he doesn't tell me how nice I look or how much he loves me. He and I are a team. He has the brains and I have the common sense! I can't tell you how smart this man is.. he reads two or three books at the same time and remembers what he's read!! However, when it comes to finding his checkbook... that's where I come in handy. I gotta tell you, I never, ever dated in high school. I was the very shy, smart one and really geeky looking. The Bobster was my first date ever. We met in college and he said to me "I'm going to marry you someday" the first day we met. Yeah right.... But here we are 38 and a half years, 4 kids and 4 grandkids later and he's still my knight in shining armor.. when he remembers where he put the dang (notice that Kat) sword. He'll be home in a little bit and then we're headed out to take pics of the boat. Catch ya all later!!

Oh and BTW Terry.. did I mention that I'm ummmmm pregnant? (no, that won't work) ummmmmmmmm celebrating an early birthday? (nope she knows the date) ahhhhhhhhhh getting married again, yeah that's it, and would LOVE for you to make my jewelry. la la la la I think I'll need a couple of necklaces, three pairs of earrings and about 4 bracelets. That should do it for the ceremony. I'll let you know about the reception jewelry later. Is it a deal???? The date?.. ummmmm, errrrrrrrrrrrr oh I think next week would be good, yeah, that's what we've been planning. Next week. (dont mention wedding to the Bobster, cause ummmmmmm it's a surprise for him, yeah that's it.. a surprise!! Dang, I'm good.) And SEE Kat.. I said DANG, not what you thought I was going to say.. hehehe

Good morning, Violets.. Well, the great storm is over for the time being. I was surprised to see snow is still on the ground today. After all the rain we had last night, I was sure it was going to be all gone. Michelle... hope you feel better today. Pamela!!!! Woooo Hooooooo good for you!! Keep that positive purple vibe going! You CAN do it! Jane... you ARE going on the trip, you ARE going on the trip, you ARE going on the trip! TracyK..you are catching up to me fast! I'm aiming for the 160's by February. We're all gonna be sooooo sleek and slim for the bandiversary get together! We all need to bring before pics with us!! Well, the thunderstorm has blown through and things are all quiet again. Jetta, the garage dog, has calmed down so I'm going to head for bed. Got my hospital shift in the morning, then we are headed to DD's house so we can take pictures of the boat I got last summer. We have someone who will possibly redo the interior for us. He only does it in the winter so we have to get busy and get him the pics so he can determine if he has time and how much it will cost. yikes!! but it sure will be nice having a boat next spring when the ice leaves the lakes here. Evening, Violets.. Holy Smokes, I can't believe the weather here!!!!! We are in the midst of a THUNDERSTORM complete with lots of lightning and rain. I have never seen it do this in January in Michigan!! I was talking to DD on the cell phone when lightning hit close by and the phone started doing crazy things... I couldn't get it to shut off, finally it did and when it came back on it said no service... couple of mintues later it was ok. Poor Jetta the garage dog is wanting to come in the house cause she's scared of thunder. I let her out for a minute cause it was time for her to pee and I stayed in the garage for a little bit to give her some lovin'. I think the storm has passed through now.. Boy, that was something!! Hey Violets.. don't you think we all should wear purple and head to Tracy's wedding??? Wouldn't that be a hoot to see us all together waving and giggling as she walked down the aisle????!!! Haydee.. glad to see you back. Sorry about your grandparents. Has Sara just disappeared for good?? Did I miss something about Lunasa?? (pretend you hear me singing here..)Where have all the flowers gone??? I got a new pressure cooker today and am going online to see if I can find some good recipes. Catch ya later..

Pamela.. lucky YOU to be able to give the kids that assignment. It never would have gone over so well in Kindergarten.. lol But then again they brought their toys and show and tell went on for hours and hours!! As for the water question. I get 2 DejaBlue bottles and fill them with water and put in a two packs of Crystal Light to go.... one of lemonade and one of raspberry lemonade It's just the right amount of flavor for me and when I have drunk both bottles, I know I will have had my 8 glasses plus a little extra. It's much easier for me than having to remember how many glasses I have had during the day. Right now I'm finishing the first bottle and the second one is in the freezer. I'll have that after supper and during the evening. Works out perfectly for me.

This morning I was able to put that new angel charm on my bracelet cause the scale said 173.6!!! I have a new resolve and know I am back on the right track. I wish the same for all of you. 130 days til we meet in person!!!!! gotta go get dressed and head to my staff meeting, then to the jewelry store to get my former weding ring sized for my other hand and put stones in to make it a mother/grandmother ring.
