    Help

    oh hun...we all have them days...maybe not as bad as yours but days we just want to eat and eat to ease the momentary pain were feeling....We know after were done eatting were going to feel worse in soooo many areas....so were here for you. If it helps...I to have had a long week...my 13 yr old son punched another boy in the face in school for a reason he felt was deserving ...~sighs~ I went for a fill and my doctor said he was giving me a by this time...he thinks Im doing good...but what I dont think he understood was I am only by will power...im HUNGRY to many time...I drove one of my chidren 2.5 hrs ( in pouring rain) to a specialty Dr only to have a dr go over meds and ask a lot of questions I could of done all on the phone and saved the gas !!! I have been eating out of stress also..but just make good choices...celery and hummas...raw carrots ....weight watcher ice bream bars

    What Your Non-Health Reason?

    I wanted to cross my legs when I sat.. I want to just open a draw and grab out a shirt and not worry is it long enough to cover my fat rolls and my butt I wanted to feel happy and I wanted to feel like I was worth something...AND I'm well on my way...WE CAN DO THIS..

    How Many Carbs Do You Eat?

    I tend to float around 100 carbs aday....if I dont get enough Im very tired....and dont feel like walking.....so my doc upped it and its working better...

    September Autumn Challenge

    Good Morning everyone....doing a lot of smiling here today.... My scale read 159.7 thats 1lb past Goal....and I remember thinking when I was making this months goal to set it at 160...because I just could not imagine being in the 150`s....3 more lbs and I will have shed 100 lbs forever !!!

    I Am Banded!!!

    I brought Gas X strips...and my sister told me it was what i was begging for as I came to...I was so worryed about gas pains before going under....Congrats on getting a date....

For me a normal day is 6 am coffeew/skim milk 8 am Protein bar or greek yogurt w/granola 1 pm cup of salad w/ 3 oz chicken breast strips 3 pm ce;ery w/ hummus...mmmmm so good 8 pm cottage cheese w/ bean salsa Beans or a salad 10 pm triskit reduced crackers w/ baby bell swiss I walk every chance I get...my lil ones play pee wee football..and every night as they practice I walk....my hubby even got me a beagal puppy to walk with me..

    oh hun.....we can still have a lil sweet stuff....just in moderation.....go out and by a bag of Hersey Kisses and stick them way back in your frezzer...and when you need sweet...go grab a kiss....good luck !!!

Please dont get upset with any one voicing their opion on here....but I do remember when I was the newbie....and i took to heart what people said about fallowing the rules....and I so wanted to eat mushies before my dr said so...All I could think of was gawd dee why couldnt you just eat right with out having to go to this extream....and I remember seeing peoples post on here saying they started early....I was to scared to ruin my band so I called my doctor and talked to her about it and she felt I could start mushies....But I can so relate to newbies reading here and thinking well if that one did it and yes as a newbie we dont have as much will power as we do with a lil restriction....just saying....we all need all the help we can get....
