Sorry you feel this way....but to me its been a life saver.....I couldnt do it alone...lord knows I tryed...and have lost 50 lbs over and over.....this time....im doing it and feeling great !

I agree with what everyone here says about life after banding... For me its never just eatting with out thinking again...this morning 7am I had a packet of oatmeal..and a coffee....I was full all afternoon till about 2 then a cup of yogurt and a cup of Soup...and im fine....Im not always thinking hmmmm whats to snack on...im just good.... Every aspect of my life has gotten better....Im smiling again ..!!! -
