Wow girlies....your doggies are so cute.....welll CG yours are handsome...and a lil intiminating.... I have 3 dogs...1 chinchila....8 horses....a few cows....ducks...chickens...and no vidios of any..... -
just made peanut butter cookies for the kids and didnt lick the bowl...filled it with soapy water as i thought about it !!!

Im nt sure what a slip feels like...thank goodness....BUT if you have had the band for 5 yrs and this is a new feeling...Id be calling the dr and getting it checked...asap !...Good Luck and I hope its nothing..keep us posted

For me I wake up and my first thoughts are not...wow what can I eat....i get my coffee and sit to enjoy it then start to get my 5 lil ones up for school..and when i have to call alil bit louder for them to wake up...i feel a tightness that acually feels good....like a suttle fullness.....I get them all out the door...and usually sit and enjoy a greek yogurt with granola...or some egg whites.... -

I was given one when I was leaving the hospital....I lost it...sighs...all I cared about was get me home and give me my Gas X strips....I keep meaning to ask my Doctor for a new one.. -

I take about 1200 cals aday...but my doctor tells me not to count cals to listen to my band and eat when hungry in moderate amounts....always have pro first...70 g a day and 100 g carbs a day...I dont eat prossed foods...Good Luck..
