hello B****** .....wow what a night.... not to scare any one but I had another PB issue last night that lasted.....OMG 4 hrs.... I ate slow...an chewed...but the ham was dry and green veggies dont do good with my band... but its what I made the family for dinner...so I thought if I chewed chewed and ate slow... It was horrable....and after I PBd a lil I was dumb enough to think ok a lil sip of water will help now...BUZZZZZZ... wronge......Today I feel tight....Im sure I have to bee swallon some.....so I am staying on liquids...and see how I feel as the day goes on... Aj....how do you deal with PBs.....and how often do you get them....this was the worse I have had.... almost makes you have a hate relationship with food...and Im really ok with that

yep..your so not alone...Im getting better but its been a total struggle to slow down my eatting...I can go all morning and noon ...but come night time Im hungry and I feel like a pig with a slop bucket in front of me some days.....so Hun dont beat yourself up.....heck it took years to learn to eat like we did....guess it will take a few stuck issues to reteach us....good luck

I feel what your saying....for drug addicts or alcholics....every one sees the problem.....and in so many ways its easier to kick them habits...you just dont buy the drugs or liqure....but food...OMG we need it...and its all around us every day every where we go.... The day I went for my first appt to see about the band...was the last day I can honisly say I bindged or ate a full size candy bar...or a bowl ( or 2) of Cereal for dinner... I do mess up a lil here and there..Im a food addic but I make it always a good choice...this weekend at a halloween party I had a fun size kit kat and I think that was a good choice...I had just 1 and it felt good to be in control.... I use the weight watcher string cheese for a fast protein snack...and the yogurt ( greek) I eat every day...also a hard boiled egg....and I always carry a protein bar in my pocketbook.....
