Congrats 170 !!! I think the same people that use to think I was invisable dispite. being so much larger then I am now...the same people now are so nice to me....is it becase we like ourselves so much more now...and we are more approchable to others...

I have been heavy all my adult life ...and most of my child years...so shopping and clothes was nothing I ever wished for....Though I use to see my kids friends moms dressed so nice...and think...wow they must have money...lol....now that I'm in a size 12 I too am rich....lol....I can shop at goodwill and get wow nice things.....

Sorry you had a stuck issue...but good for you to call your dr !!!! I would stay with fluids for the next 24 hrs...let things sette down.... Lord knows I have had my share of stucks..but I think I finally got the message and I have slowed down and chew chew chew... One thing I have done is make sure I dont get to hungry ....so i can go slow.....Good Luck !

I just go through all the ingredeants...like if i use a can of northern Beans....and a lb of turkey...I guess as close as I can how to weigh how much in a bowl..... Kinda like .10 of one bean......10 of another bean.....just go down the list.... Hope that makes sence......Good Luck....I love MFP -
For me...I wanted the band and not the sleeve was I too didn't want to be cut and rerouted......also I needed the fastest recovey time....and I was off work for 3 weeks but I felt fine after 3 days....good luck with which either you pick...its still life changing
