I hear what your saying Cheryl... Im thinking of giving it a try because I have been doing portion control....keeping cal inder 1000 and exercizing and im stuck at 100 down...I think my body needs a kick in the butt......

I never drank water ...now...I LOVE it...and I'm never seen with out my water bottle...Having a special bottle I think...when I'm going out kids know grab moms keys and water bottle...lol

Its going great...I started at 257 and Im now 154....Im almost 9 months out.... Dont worry about the small weight gain..your still healing....

What a great story to read this morning...After sharing in a familys grief this week...and watching them all enjoy looking at pictures of them with their mom...I will be sure to jump into more snap shots....thank you for the reminder....

I so agree with you here....I was having my shares of stucks...and my nutritionast told me...it was because i was letting myself get to hungry...also I find if i drink drink all day long it curbs that OMG im starving.... This is a huge new feeling for me..the last 2 days I have been out where there has been a free meal....and at each day I wasnt foaming at the mouth to eat....and when did sit to eat I was wanting to go slow...and the dessert platers didnt even look that good to me....so yep it comes in time ..Good Luck everyone
