Sorry you have to deal with this.... I can understand how it feels...people can be so totally stupid at times... What I love is when people that dont know I have the band say something like...OMG you didnt get that crazy surgery did you... I just laugh and say...im eatting right and walking every day !

I have and I love them.... You can add a lil splenda or cinn to them...and I think even raisins but guts the oats and bananas were yummy !!!

You are so right about the walking Peppa when I started I brok down crying one day that I couldnt even walk to my mail box to check my mail.....when I use to walk 30 mins every day just a few yrs befor....well Im glad to say Im walking again and i LOVE it.....when I feel like OOoo ~groans~ its to hot...to cold...to tired....I just push through it and DO IT.....Im never sorry after wards....... -
