One thing that helped me is I went out and bought myself a new water bottle a real night one at WalMart for 4 dollars...it holds 4 cups...and every morning I fill it and that reminds me to take vitamins...and then as soon as I drink that I fill it again and I sip all day long...days Im to busy and dont do my rutine...I dont drink as much and I find Im hungry,,,Good Luck..You can do it ! -

I have the app on my verizon samsung I LOVE it....BUT i cant log into the social group i belong to from it... some times it says pass word needed ... or just says something like im not allowed.. any ideas ....? -
I get up befor all the kids...sit and enjoy my coffee and my quiet time.. Befor starting my new life Id put whole milk and 2 t. of sugar in it.. Now I have it with skim milk and NO sugar.. I say enjoy !!!

hely...big hug to you...I so hope you can do it... My sister smokes and Id give anything for her to quit Lord knows she has tryed....I use to smoke 3 pks aday...like 20 yrs ago....I did quit cold turkey....a lot of brushing my teeth every time the urge was to strong....Im cheering for you hun !!!!

wow ....I to have to fill out the questionare....I would of thought every one did... it ask in the last month how many times you are certain foods....how many times you got stuck....and how long between meals were you hungry... Id ask the doctor for one....

I have asked my nut this and surgen... they tell me...if you can eat more then a half of a lean cusian meal...and get hungry with in 3 to 4 hrs....ou could use a fill...unless you are loosing,,,,then be happy with that......

Oh hun thats so sad..... You do what you can, maybe call his family and ask them if they can help....cuz their son cant.... And i love my hubby but his idea of watching the kids and my idea are sooooo differant.... -
