Oh it was almost a reason I didnt get the band....I was so scared that it was just going to be another diet I failed at.....I think it was also a reason I didnt want to tell many I was getting it done.....couldnt be happier today .... sings me and my band !!!!

I cleaned out a certain cupboard for just my foods...and whenIm crazy hungry and the only things that are in there are healthy foods....so if i do eat its nothing with sugar or fat...hugs hang tight...you can do it !!!

i always carry a baggie with a laughing cow cheese wedge and 4 trisket crackers with me...and a protein bar.....after having that happen 2 times I got scared and learned the hard way....good luck

My Dr tod me Id be fine if I started BIOTIN after banding and to always be sure I got in my protein... Good Luck....since starting the biotin im good

I am told after evry fill.....stay to liquids for 24 hrs after the fill.....and I dont think Im hungry during that time..... Im not sure if its just I know I cant eat or if its cuz Im not hungry... I will have to watch and see after next fill.....but Im in the green so im hoping that wont be for a while....good luck and congrats !

I think after banding we all become gassy !!! Or at least I tell myself it cant be just me.... and I to slept on my tummy from day one after banding... for me it was just the least pain... Good luck .....try Gas X stips...i lived with them for the first week !

I have never had a problem swalling my pills.... but id crush them in the begining just till your sure..... Good luck hun

I chose not to tell many at the start....for a few reasons...I didn't want people thinking I was taking the easy way out....and after telling one who I thought would appreciate knowing there is hope ...and a huge part of me was scared of like so many times....id fail.....but now I'm proud to tell when I'm asked....my friends have seen the hard work I have been doing......Good Luck to you hun
