Yep...we have all been there I think.... I know when Im eatting some thing maybe bread or just eatting to fast cuz Im so hungry and I know im going a lil fast...then that rock feeling hits me....Im always gawd toooo late...boy o boy that band sure reminds me hw Im soposto be eatting.......and after so many PBs and pain ...we do learn !!! Im sorry your having a down time... I think we all do at one point or another..... And it will get better ..Id look at it as a plus if hubby is taking our daughter out to eat....cuz you can just make what you need to eat....heck I wish my hubby would take our kids out....lol...as you loose and feel better about yourself it will all get easier....hang in there hun...hugs

have you tryed logging on paper or my fitness pal...maybe if you see it all in print it would help

Im having a stuck issue as I type....its not very bad.... I went out for dinner with friends last night and had haddock...it was very dry...I did eat very slow...small bites...but I got stuck...I wasnt hurting to bad so I thought OK i did it....but got home and had a glass of Water...OMGAWD...it sat right there and te pain was unreal...I spent a good 30 mins trying to bring it all up.... This morning just sipping a slim fast was hard..... here it is 4 and I tryed to get down a small piece of fish mashed in apple sause down and NOPE..not gonna happen...so one bite and i stopped....going to wait a while and try some yogurt.....~fingers crossed~

hi..if the carb cycling is work I Nguyen for you all great...but from all I'm reading it sorta just seems like another fad diet and I'm so done with fads !!!!

maybe try drinking a glass of water just before you sit down to eat....

I don't like dark meat...and white does get stuck if it's to dry...I try to use bbq when I know it's dry..good luck...

I am at 9 ccs also.... I eat my one C of food.....and I stop.....I know I could eat more.... I just dont....I think many of us could eat more then a C. just stop.... maybe wait a lil....try to do something to make you stop thinking of it.....and if your still very hungry in a hr...have a lil more..good luck
