Very good reminder...but afraid the ones that need to read it and just think its directed toward some one else...... Honestly I use to enjoy coming and reading all and relaxing.....as lately...I come and read and leave some what stressed withall the drama...whining and childlike attatudes....were adults !!! Cant we act like one....ok needed to vent that....

I have ....the pineapple one is soooo good....lots of protein but also lots of cals...

When I fist started this journey I didnt tell many...I did tell one friend thinking she might be interested in it ..( she is very heavy) she made me feel horrable...acually said she couldnt wait to see when i started dumping !!!! I was like wow you have no idea....I didnt say anything to her that day I was so hurt.....a few other friends I told when they came right out and asked....... then I got to a point where it was non of any ones bussness and Id answer...just eatting right and walking LOTS... Now that im almost to goal...Im proud to tell people I have lap band.....I dont care what others think any more....Im happy and healthy !!!

Beth....when i sit and think about it...8 pm is when the house is finally calming down....and its my way to relax....so yep...save some calories and have healthy snacks around....i use to like trisket crackers and a wedge of baby bell chees at night...

My husband is my best friend....He married me at age 17 heavy and he has always loved me...and I him....so now were both 54 ..He is happy for me and he sure is proud to show me off.....

I to have a very diabled adopted child...he was one of my main reasons to get the band and to do what I had to do to loose the fat...I need to be around a log time for him !!! You can do it to...OMG if i can any one can....calm down and please give it a chance....

I use to be a huge bing eatter also..... I still can do awsome all day then come 8 pm it starts.... For me I just make sure I dont have any trigger foods handy.... and if I do...I keep them out of site...some times I just have to run water over them if the urge is strong and I have had one and want another... I would rather throw the junk away then eat it...... ~hugs~ head hunger is the hardest to conquer..but you CAN DO IT

WOW....sorry your so upset...but did your dr not tell you that you dont get banded and in one month drop 20lbs....... Its a much slower weight loss then bypass...... give it a chance !!!

Well I went to Dr and he removed all fluid from my band...he says we will see how i feel on Thursday then fingers crossed put it all back in... He even told me to stop and get a milk shake on my way home and help my throat feel better......
