<p><p>I am began my journey on January 16, 2012, by attending my informational seminar.&nbsp; It was then I was certain that lap-band was the tool for me.</p></p>

<li>January 31st I received my letter to schedule surgery.</li>
<li>February 7th I received my surgery date.</li>
<li>February 9th I attended a support group.</li>
<li>February 16th Pre-Op class.</li>
<li>February 27th Pre-Op testing, lab work and office visit with surgeon.</li>
<li>March 1 start Liver Shrinking Diet.</li>
<li>March 15 surgery date.</li>
