I am 30 years old and my starting weight in December 2011 was 247 lbs. Today is March 13 2013 and current weight is 230lbs. I have struggled with my weight since I graduated high school. Over the past two years I have worked with my primary care physician and have attempted to loose weight with diet exercise and stimulates. I did loose about 30 lbs this way, but as soon as I stopped the stimulates I gained the weight back plus some. I have a few goals, first I want to be a healthy weight for me and for when I am ready to have children, to live a healthy life with them and my darling husband. Second, I want to feel good about myself again, I want to look in the mirror and see what I think I should look like. I am much smaller in my mind lol, and the mirror catches me off guard at first glance I am almost startled.Third, I want to able to shop in normal stores, sit comfortably in booths and chairs... And I honestly think people treat you differently when you are obese. Here goes nothing, I am going to make it happen.
I have hit a few bumps and have failed my band. I am trying to get back on track and find my way again. I have just moved out of state, and will soon find a new doctor.
