I have lost 22lbs so far it could be more I just have 2 get motivated in going 2 the gym and my Dr. didn't make me do a pre-op diet. I am mdoing pretty good with foods still on the mushy foods too -

I know how you feel myluv2drive my Dr tells me no snacks in between meals but sometimes I just can't do. I do try but sometimes I just need a snack I get my 1st fill March 27 -

I was banded Feb. 16, 2012 and I have lost 20 lbs and I am so not motivated I eat three meals a day and do not snack I get so hungry between lunch and dinner. When I get hom from work I am so exhausted and have to force myself to workout and sometimes I just dont go hopefully after I get my first fill March 27 I will fill much better. -

I was banded 2/16/2012 and my dr. Gave me 3 weeks offs but I could have went back after a week.

Being an online buddy sounds good to me. I have lost 18lbs so far an as for the gym I have just been walking on the tredmill for 60 minutes

I am 11 days post op just had my f/u I lose 15lbs an just started mushy foods. I do fill a little restriction but not much don't go 4 my first fill until March 27

Had my post op f/u today lost 15 lbs and I get to start mushys today yeah -
Was just banded on 2/17 and my port is 3 inches above my belly button.

I was banded on the 16 an I am starving I just want to eat some food. I did't have to do a pre-op liquid diet before my surgery. I am sticking to full liquids an trying to control my hunger but it is getting hard. Protein shakes just aren't cutting it anymore. Does anyone have any advice. -

I'm glad your back myluv2drive I to had my surgery Feb 16 and am 5 days post op and feeling great . I to would do it over again.
