    I just returned from my last walk for awhile. The weather is 55 degrees,windy and misting...it felt wonderful except for the pain in my knee and foot. I'm already looking forward to getting my walking shoes back on in a month or so. Don't forget about me while I'm offline! Thanks too you all for the support and friendship!
