Today I reached a milestone! For me it was not about reaching the under 200 pound mark. Most important to me was reaching the mid point of my weight loss. I purposely chose a goal weight which was an uneven number to create a divide between phase1(irst 50 pounds lost) and Phase2 (second 50 pounds lost). Today I crossed over to Phase2, and am at 195! Very pleased to be here, especially as I have yet to have my first fill!
