They have a wild cherry flavor some places. It's not as bad as the lemon. If you can guzzle it i would!! Or ask your doctor about a pill you can take instead. There are alternatives to drinking that stuff. Good luck!

Steve, that comment about the marrow from the chicken bones just made me cringe!! I can't stand any sort of meat on a bone. I only by boneless,skinless, trimmed and ready chicken beasts!! Lol. But I'm sure it adds flavor. Just not my thing.

I was the same way! I took it very slow and everything went just fine. I am 5 weeks post-op and have never had any problems with food getting stuck. Small bites and chew chew chew.

I had Lapband surgery on Thursday and went back to work on Monday. Im pretty much on my feet all day at work and I was fine. It all depends on how you feel. Everyone is different. -

I wasn't too fond of Unjury. I like the EAS or the Nectar protein but that's my opinion. -
I am having the same issue. I could drink so much more prior to surgery. My instructions say not to drink more than 8 ounces in an hour. I try very hard not to but I'll never get in all my liquids if that is the case. I'm lucky if I get 50oz in a day. Any secrets?
