I'm 9-10 lbs from my goal and I still eat hooters wings, hibachi, and steaks! By choice I stay away from pastas and breads but I can still eat them. You will be ok!!

My BMI was 30 when I started my journey. No health problems other than 50 lbs of stubborn fat. My Doctor gave me my band no problems. I didnt want those 50 lbs to turn to 100, 150, or even 200 lbs. Best thing I have ever done for myself.

Has anyone gone to Halloween Horror nights ( in Orlando Florida) or anything similar this year? My husband and I went this weekend and had a freaken blast!!! We walked soooo much I even treated myself to an ice cream Sunday! Did I mention we were kid-free!?!?! Ahhh heaven. BTW I just love those haunted houses and getting the crap scared out of me!!!!
