I just ordered mine I got the berry cause I saw where someone mixed it with crystal light. Seems like a good idea in case it doesn't taste that good.

I ordered unjury also - the unflavored one! I really like premier protein taste really good and it has 30g of protein and low in sugar too. You can get them from Costco or sams club

Lulutatt ask your dr about the band with plication... It's lots of info on here and people who have had the band with plication. You can search plication on here and get. Some info about it.

I only told 2 people my mom and my husband and of course my lapband family :-). There is no need for anyone else to know afterall what could they really contribute to my success! They never contributed anything now- I'm very excited and can't wait till my new beginning - May 18.

It's ok to be afraid of the unknown, but think about what everyone else is telling you. If you continue on the same path you are on now the consequences are far worse. High blood pressure, diabetes,pain in your knees, lower back pain. I could go on and on! You will be fine, relax and think about positive things! You got a lot of people here on LBT on your side! -
My nutritionist told me about these. She suggested to use them and get them from publix. Never tried them and she didn't tell me about collagen. Could their be different brands with diff. Ingriedients?

Not that close but my surgery is May 18. I'm excited and anxious too- that's it! Just keep thinking about the new you forget about the stuff you used to eat and explore some band friendly meals.... Keep your focus on the results you will be fine... Praying for your success!

Lulu You are going to do this never underestimate yourself! You came to the right place LBT. You will have lots of people cheering u on. And if you ever feel discouraged and or weak and tempted to eat something out of your plan log in and get that motivation. Just a tip: it helps me when I have a craving I go brush my teeth. You got this and you will be banded !
