I'm excited for you! Please keep us updated I'm having the plication also with the lapband may 18. Would love to keep in touch so I will know what to expect. Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! No worries though. They did what was best. Try not to worry to much and I'm praying everything works out and you're banded once all the test are done and you have the ok to go thru the surgery.

Premier protein- 160c, 30g protein, 3g fat, 3g carb, 1g sugar. I like both the chocolate & vanilla. -

My nutritionist also suggested v8 fusion light and add unflavored protein. I tried the drink w/o the protein and it taste good, surprisingly! She says you can drink it during the liquid phase - b4 surgery. -

Premier protein shakes from Costco or Sams is good! Low in sugar i think its 1or 2grams and 30g of protein. Look it up. I was surprised with the taste. -

Not sure if you have one in your area Costco or sans sells a protein shake called premier protein and it taste good! It's 30 g of protein and 1 gram or maybe 2 grams of sugar! Google it and check out the nutrition info
