Yum yum yum! I love them great taste with 1g of sugar and 30g of protein- the best I've tried. I get them from Sams or Costco. Definitely a keeper :-) -

Premade protein shakes I get from Costco or Sams are really good. They are called premier protein. Has 1gram of sugar and 30 g of protein 160 cal. Really good flavor! -
The Dr. That are doing this most of them are not charging for it. Because they are still doing the lapband surgery that's what they bill your insurance for.

Don't think there are any requirements and bmi either. Very few doctors are doing it you would have to find one that does it in your area. -

I'm the same weight as you and I just want to be under 200. I always say if I look in the mirror and I'm happy and I'm healthy then that would be enough! I can't wait till my surgery day May 18th! I'm excited and watching out for everyones success! -

Hello there! I'm also getting the plication with the band may 18. It's a lot of people on here that's had it done. They fold your stomach and suture it together. From what I hear it also helps so that the band won't slip. Put plication in the search on here and you will find lots of info. Can't wait to hear your success!
