I don't know what is going on I was banded early April of this year. I exercise almost everyday I am mindful of the foods that I put in my mouth and I have not lost any weight. I am becoming very upset. I lost 15 pounds in ten days on my pre-op liquid diet and I have not lost anything since this surgery. I just want to know is anyone having or had this problem. I need advice as to what to do to see results. I have 6.5cc fill and the band holds 10 cc's.

I am supposed to go to Six Flags soon and I want to go on some roller coasters. Is this safe with the lapband?

I know everyone is different but I am just curious to know when you felt restriction. I have a 10 cc band and I currently have 5.5 cc's in. I don't feel any restriction at all. I make sure that I eat healthy but I feel like I am starving all of the time. I only had two fills so far.

I have read some comments saying that their first fill was 3 cc's and no one really felt a difference. I am feeling so hungry right now. I lost 15 pounds in a week preop. I put on two pounds since then and I am getting extremely upset. I am watching what I eat but i havent had my first fill yet so I just wanted to know how can I cope with this and has anyone felt a difference with their first fill? My surgeon said I would be getting 3 cc's for my first fill. My first fill is the 16th of this month.

I don't get my first fill for another two weeks. i just started my full liquid diet today and I was very full after drinking a slim fast shake and a pudding.I couldn't even finish my slim fast. I was allowed to drink slim fast as part of my pre op diet I lost 10 pounds in a week.

i just had lapband surgery today and i was able to go home. I know I don't get my first fill until two weeks from now but I feel like I don't have an appetite has any one else experienced this feeling? Please let me know I would really appreciate it.

My surgery is scheduled for the 28th of this month. I am am supposed to start my liquid diet on the 16th. I have to pay money for this box of powder liquids they want me to have. I want to know how of it can I consume in one day. Did you find it hard to stick to this diet?

Has anyone tried to doing Zumba while having lapband? You can lose up to 1000 calories in a hour while doing Zumba. If anyone has tried it please let me know what the outcome was. Did it assist in you losing a lot of weight?

I just started the Depo shot early last month, I am supposed to get banded in March. I want to know if anyone had gained weight on lapband after having the shot. I know a few people who have not gained weight and I know a few people who have. So i just want to know if anyone had a difficult time losing weight while on the depo shot.

I am supposed to be banded in March and I have taken my nutrition classes of course. For those who have already been banded I want to know what steps did you take to make sure the weight stays off. Also I wanted to know how much weight did you lose in your first month after being banded.

I don't have a date yet for my surgery, but I am supposed to get it in March. I wanted to know on average how long is the liquid diet supposed to last? I wanted to know if anyone has began the liquid diet and if so how much weight have you lost so far?
