  1. Hey if this helps, let me say it. There is this thing I forgot what it is called, but it is where your body makes glycogin I think, and there is about like 6 to 8 lbs of water to make this in the mucles, and when you start the ketosis thing, the body uses all the glycogin (might really be called something else) in the mucles, it has to store up another 6 to 8 lbs of water to make / disolve more of this glycogin. So you really could be loosing a lot more than before.


  2. Go Girl! Me, Im just watching my self, wondering if I stick to it will it still work? Stick to nothing, because I cant eat much. I do pretty much eat a tiny bit of anything I want, but know I need protein first, and some really good raw foods. Im on a raw spinich kick, because it is a super food, and hauled out my jack la lane and am juicing everything that is in season.

    I cant get on the other forum, it is shut down on my pc, but I have friends from surgery that I want to visit with and miss, but of cource love this one. Im sending my kids away for the summer, and am taking this time to do some things for me, like finish my house and landscaping. A date would be great, but still working on the faith for that .


  3. Well you know what my take on it is....There are two schools on the subjuect. If you make him love that part that is not affected by weight, than he wont want to move off it. He could just get that, and be every so happy, with out being alone, he will find it irrisistable, and so con develope into his, where he will keep taking it over ontill it is only found with him and then he will prosper and it will most likely form into a spring wedding! The other school of thought is, he might be a slippery fish, and could get scared off easy, no mater what bait you use....Jesus caught a bunch of easy fish, they just jumped into his net, why not let him?


  4. Well I just chime in on not being able to eat your cooking, because my kids say they never liked my cooking noway! I cook a lot better when Im not eating, because thats when I take my time and really cook! When Im eating and cooking, why I just want to scoop it down my gullet, and get it past my lips, and scoop fashion up on over the gums, along side with health and many other qualities I dont deny. Ye Ha, lets not hide, but be cool and stride over to the ligiments that stretch, not like the old ones that blew out the first time my 300 lb butt took a spill in soft grass!

    Wanted to add something weird but great...Avacado shakes, they are so great. Go to the recipe sites to find out exactly which one you like, if you like avacados. I have always felt a lot better after I ate an avacado if I was week. I scheduled now for Dr. Almanza on March 28th, and I guess I will be going through everything everyone else is. But I have some complications slowing me up, but feel Im on track with schedule and all.

    Hi, I am looking for a date my self! They asked me about one and I suggested mid March, since Feb is all filled up. Good out come I hope for you, and me. I am attending the retro fit conference to be anounced soon in my garrage! Ha Ha. Jackie
