My pre-op diet is a week before my surgery. It conatins liquids ONLY. I need to have 3 protein shakes a day, a multivitamin and 600 mg of calcium. My liquids are clear liquids, 100% fruit juice, sugar free jello, sugar free popsicles, soups ( tomato soup or anything that is only broth, nothing in it ), skim milk... that pretty much covers it.
