Training days I take in less protein, more carbs. Non training days increase protein. My biggest challenge is getting in enough fluids. Sometimes I forget to drink. I am at a stnadstill weight loss wise right now, and will probably get a fill next month; have had only one fil since surgery Oct. 2010. AM currently training for marathon in April. Will be interesting to see how I will adapt after fill in two weeks. I recommend two drinks...an electrolyte drink by clift shots and Endurox4 post work out drink. You consume based on your weight...and tastes great. You can get them at most sports/nutrition stores or I buy mine from www.performancebike.com or Amazon.com.
