So i have these 2 workout videos and was wondering if I could possibly hurt myself or appliances if I did workouts like this. I was in the service so I know I am capable of doing it but afraid of making something break or burst. Has anyone attempted these workout videos? Anyone in the 90602 in California who would be willing to join me for some kick ass workouts in home or at 24 hour fitness?!

Im a month out (Jan 18) and feel great Im back to actually running! Feels great! Just when I do things like a hanging pull up (not really a pull up, just hanging and shruggin my shoulders trying to build the strength again.) But it hurts my stomach like Im pulling something and it hurts. So Im wondering if exercise like that would be good and challenging or damaging. Guess its a Dr kinda question. Was just wondering if any banders have done it. -

Lightest weight while in service. -
Sad thing is I didnt know I was addicted to food OR an emotional eater till post op when feeling down and in a tough spot found myself in the kitchen and wondering how I got there... Having to deal with issues without drowning them in food has been great for not only me but my husband and my kids cause there is a lot more talking and less angst. And I think I am dangerously addicted to sex! I seriously cant get enough. I think this is how men feel everything in everyday life IS sex! Lol Poor guy, needs a tap out!

Well to be honest I have always been adventurous. I guess I thought he'd be more into since Im getting my body back! Im feeling more womanly sexy and would like to be recgonized for it or really rewarded in bed! Lol Guess ya cant have it all!

Im a month out. I had 3 kids to deal with ALONE post op and ended up VERY sick from not resting properly. Take it easy but walking everywhere anytime all day is THE BEST thing to help pass that gas. Your tummy is distended and hard from the gas they fill you with. Take it easy and know this is probably te hardest part of the entire experience. Btw, we are not too far from each other... Im in Whittier and go workout at 24 hour fitness if you find you want a partner! Good luck. And enjoy your transformation! -

ITs official my Princess does sign language. I didnt really teach her just made the signal for milk when I give it to her and the eat signal when she eats.. Its SOOOO precious to see her little hands communicate with me
