My surgery was 2/5/16

I do have a little broth here & there. Ive been more on the jello, sugar free popsicle, ice chips, diet juice and protein shakes in between

Im down 20lbs & very happy. Im scared that because im bored at home i may want to try the wrong things. Im still on sugar free jello, diet juice, water & protein shakes. Ive been craving something salty, so ive been chewing the juices out the jerk pork and spitting it out. I cant wait to feel like myself again to start the gym.

I feel you. Home from surgery and my mothers birtday was Tuesday. Everyone was eating shrimp crablegs and Mac. I was so upset and went to sleep. Lol.. were gonna have frustrations. You can have whatever u want just at a smaller portion.

Was sleeved on 2/5/16 and weight in at 330lb. Today im 6 days in and weight in at 313.8lb. Ive lost a total of 16.2 lbs. Sweet feeling. I was a banster from 2011. I did loose close to 80lbs. But gained everything back from my pregnancy. It did work for me but then i was just having a hard time with gas and bloating plus always going to get tighten up. So i decided to go with the sleeve. I needed help keeping my weight down. Having pcos was another factor against my weight lost journey. I had lost hope for a while. But now im feeling hopleful. I want a better healthier me.. not just for myself but my for my son.

I start my protein tomorrow. Im ok. Just feel weird not craving any food. Still cant bend over or pick anything up. Pain meds help. Feels wayyy better than day one. Im home resting and walk around a bit at a time.

I had my first full two days ago.. I'm super excited because for the first time in a year I have strong restrictions. But I think my band is too tight now.. I can't drink much.. I can only sip.. I know the right thing to do is get a slight unfill. But after gaining 50lbs from medication and my pregnancy.. I want to lose thr weight again. Hopefully by day 3 I'm able to drink more.

It was all new for me again.. Going to see my doctor and talking about getting back on track and starting from the beginning my. Super excited?!

So excited about being a new mom. I've gained 45lbs with hormone treatment and with the pregnancy. Now I'm ready to get back and start my weight lost journey again. not only for my health bit to be there for my son.
