Im due back on thursday, but im not ready physical, mentality or emotionally. My first follow up is tomorrow & I'll see what my doctor have to say. -
Im down 20lbs & very happy. Im scared that because im bored at home i may want to try the wrong things. Im still on sugar free jello, diet juice, water & protein shakes. Ive been craving something salty, so ive been chewing the juices out the jerk pork and spitting it out. I cant wait to feel like myself again to start the gym.
