I said its the zumba, he said yeah I've been watching the videos. I'm like what videos? I guess someone posted some of the work outs online.. pretty soon you'll be leaving for Hollywood.. I'm like sure, I am , a little uncomfortable for a moment but I took it as an NSV, I was just thinking today if I had to list top 10 people who have helped me along this journey I would have to list him, he' s listened to my pity stories, he's encouraged and reassured me when I needed it, lots of health tips.. and now gracious with his praise..

You just smile real big feel good and say Thank you, and say I am working hard at it, and I a choosing to be healthy .

I went to mine on Mon. And he said wow you have lost more weight..Looking good...He is the one who first mentioned WLS to me. He had other clients who had it done with great results...I smile and hug him for helping to save my life...We are friends!
