Grrr, I can't stand that they allow this new person to be on her cell phone all the time, I have to keep my back to her, otherwise it will piss me off

she's been here a year yet I still have to answer all the calls all the radios. while she catches on. If she hasn't caught on in a year, she needs to go. They actually tell her, "when you are done with what you are doing". NOBODY says anything to her !!! I do and I get called in twice for being rude. I actually told them you guys are teaching her wrong work ethics. have her start answering phones !!!!!
