2nd time in my life, in Rue 21 shop, all the bright colors, and lights, I think I started hyperventilating! I made myself stay and pick out an outfit.

, I have a nut allergy and the only one I could eat was peanut butter, I have been noticing lately that after I eat some PB, I have been getting itchy. soo bummed -

I love mayo, sometimes there's even some tuna in it... lol, but that has been one of the hardest things to cut down on, and the diet stuff, ewwww. mayo and French fries anyone? -
Sometimes I get the same feeling when I'm holding my breath to try to get into size 14 pants, than when I was trying to get into size 22 pants.. sometimes

1ST real cold since lapband and it sucks, (even dr says boy you haven't been around for awhile have you> I can consider that a NSV right?

I found a sticky in going through my lapband stuff, it says Carb's first then Protein, can't remember why I wrote it

All that exercise started a chain reaction, can't get enough protein right now.. but it's a good sign means my body is working.

I hear you, before I "had a life". My family expected me to be doing nothing all weekend long and that I needed to spend the day taking care of their "someone else can do lists". When I started dating hubby, and one of the first times he slept over, my phone started ringing, I said its either my mother or sister and sure enough it was mom. and several minutes later it was my sister. It took them awhile to understand that I was not at their disposal any longer and I can honestly say that I was at fault for allowing myself to be taken advantage of. It's a sad assumption and may it be true or not, that big people have no life. This weekend I exercised so much, my little heart is pounding, (I'm eating peanut butter for protein) . Live life my friend. -
Guess I overdid, Zumba/body toning Saturday. Two mile walk on Sunday, my little heart has been pounding, overdid the cardio, I need to ease back into...

Embarrassment of the actual activity and how I would look, when I wasn't fat. then when I was fat, embarrassment and shame how I would look doing activity. Now I don't give a sh@t what anyone thinks. Its my life and I will do what I need to , to stay healthy. You can only look back in regret of how much we allow the outside world to dictate our lives, -

Not really strange, but just the type, cooking everything in lard or cooking oil. Since my lap band, we cook with olive oil, and use agave for sweetener . breads, mayo are my kryptonite, instead of reaching for a pudding/jello or ice cream, boiled noyams has become my new dessert now. -
We are allowed to enjoy the sweets as well, just limited. My Dr. told me its ok to cheat sometime you have to, he said fall into your indulgences, then get back on track. easy as that, without over thinking.

Nobody's fault but my own, had to taste test the pumpkin roll, banana pudding, pistachio ambrosia, but hey the yams were at least healthy, checked blood sugar, 117, ok back to fiber bars

Compliments on a pink sweater I've worn for two years, today I've recieved several on this same sweater. what a difference 75 lbs makes

I have to realize that although I have stopped the abuse on my body, there was still damage done, I have to allow my mind/body to heal from that still.
