It's not good to weigh everyday, our bodies are changing everyday, with exercise, foods, water intake. I know i was overdoing the scale in am/evening so the following day I wouldn't eat!! Finally we decided to just put scale away, so I wasn't worried about weight and eating and I still lost 3 lbs. -

remind him you were helping him pick up his stuff before surgery and no problem then.. -
they are called bleeders,( thats what my dr calls them) my nose gets like that because my nose canals get so dry. it can be scary. I have a jar of pet jelly in my desk and at home to get nostrils moist. havent had surgery yet.

on way to work saw several senior citizens walking around the park, some with canes and here I am complaining about my sore little knees. Suck it up I told myself..

Wore 3 pairs of socks, 2 teeshirts,2thermals, 1 sweatjacket and raincoat.. 6.5 O.T. woohoo

that's society, I know I've dealt with deliverymen who only looked at my hand when I signed his clipboard to now stopping to talk to me, asking general questions, when before they never had. It was upsetting for me, because I am the same person on the inside. At the time, because I was heavy I flirted alot because I knew they wouldnt really look at me, and it was true but now, I've stopped because it makes me feel uncomfortable the attention back. Eventually I'll be comfortable/confident at my new lower weights but it just seemed so blatant. We did what we did for ourselves, lets not let what anyone else says, acts or thinks stop our progresss. -

yup sometimes, all I can do is 2-3 bites of food and then I can't swallow anymore.. for a few days -
