I had atrial fib 2 years ago. Heart beat hit 200 as you know very dangerous. I went through surgery 7 months ago had no problems. In the recent months I had not had any heart flutters at all. This surgery saved me and it will you as well. -

this is a crash course in nutrition 101 for me. I am not a vegetable person I eat salads, raw spiniach and little bit of brocholi thats about it no tomatos, no carrots n.. Is that going to be enough now I thought about dropping in a cauliflower or something like that into my blender when I make a protein shake. Just kinda looking for some tips from a non veggie eater
