Thanks for taking the time to view my information. My weight loss management back in 2002. Seen a local nutritionist lost 40 pounds and life was great except for my wallet . They do cost and arm and a leg but you do loose weight. Downside is soon as you stop "there food" you gain weight back. I hit 370 lbs my highest ever in 2007 and had a wake up call at the age of 34 i was rushed to the hospital with AFib. In short its a rapid heart beat my heart beat was at 210 beats a min normal is about 60 -80 as they were about to bring in the paddles and shock my heart back in rhythem I came out of it. My life seeing a cardiologist has begun. Our first meeting was any eye opener he mentioned that If I dont loose the weight i could develop a more serious condition call cardio myopthy normally leads to death. So one went another trip to nutritionist. After a year of hard core diet I had lost 70 pounds learned a lot along the way about eating. I wanted a little more off with out the cost and went to nutrisytem there i lost an additional 20 pounds. I have been off nutrisystem and not seeing nutritionist I put back on 30 pounds.

At this rate I do not want to get out of hand again. I do go to the gym twice a week and roller skate and play roller derby 3 times a weekk so I am pretty active however I looking for a more serious tool and come to the decision the lapband is for me. My insurance will not cover it and will be withdrawing money from my 401k. I look for to this community and plan to be an active member. Good luck to you all in your Journey
