    I think my next fill might be number 9 or 10. I have some restriction, but not enough. I have a 10cc band with 7.5cc in it. I hope the next one put me in the green zone. I want to be there before the holidays..... hang in there.

    I live in Russellville. Banded 2/2/12 by Dr. Wellborn. Down 33 lbs so far. I really like by band, just wish I was down 50 by now. slow but stead.... going back for another fill 10/30.

    I say go for it! You know yourself and what you want better than anyone. Just like everything else in life, don't let anyone tell you you can't do something. If you can afford it and your doctor has agreed, Do it! As you get older this battle gets harder. This will slow you down when eating. Good Luck to you.

    I too am a slow loser. I have only lost 25lbs since I was banded on 2/2/12. I go back for a fill next week and I hope I finally get to the green zone.

    I had my 8th fill today. I have always been told, "clear liquids for 24 hrs, then soft foods 24hrs then regular food. I got really hungry so I ate some solid food. I feel fine. Why should I wait to eat, if I can eat without a problem?

    I was banded 2.2.12. I was off for 3 days. I did not and have still not told them about my WLS. I told them I need to be off to for personal reasons. Your right, "Its not any of their business". Don't tell anyone who you think might stand in your way.

    My weight loss is very slow. Banded on 2/2/12 and only down 24lbs. I had my 8th fill today and I hope this puts me in the green zone. I really wanted to be 40-50 lbs down by now. So hang in there and I will try to do the same.

    I have 6.5cc in a 10cc band. I am not in the green zone. I go in for my 8th fill on Monday. I sure I hope this is it. I am getting disappointed that I have not lose as much as I thought I would by now. I feel like I am starting a new diet everyday just like I before getting my band.

    I was banded 2/2/12 and some days I have restriction and a lot of days I don't. I have 6.2cc in a 10cc band. I go back on 7/30 for my next fill. I hope I get perminent restriction after this next fill. I have only loss 25 lbs so far. I need to loss 50 more. I need to get this ball rolling.

    I am looking for protein supplements? I recently bought some Healthwise supplements from a weight loss clinic. they are good but expensive. Does anyone use the Unjury supplements advertised on the forum? Looking for suggestions.

    I used Dr. James Wellborn in Little Rock. Paid 11K out of pocket. Banded 2/2/12. down 28 lbs so far. I am happy with my band and doctor. Good Luck
