I had the IUD for 5 years just had it taken out....I didn't have any problems with it matter of fact I loved it because I never had a period!! The dr put me on the mini pill til my IUD gets approved but I decided tonight I'm just not allowing myself to have sex until I get my IUD because the pill is making me feel like dog crap lol! I was like that too its good to have a gym buddy to make you want to go! I also found having an mp3 player helps a lot while at the gym....funny thing is I end up wanting to go longer on the treadmill because there ends up a new song on the I heart radio app so I end up doing more than my 30 minutes!
