Yay I'm glad your feeling better! They thought I had a stricture in the beginning but it turned out that they advanced my diet too fast and things were still swollen inside! -

Sweet I had the same problem I used milk of magnesia but my dr suggested doing a fiber supplement she said because we can become dependent on the laxative and it will make our job of going harder! I personally make sure that I have at least a couple grams of fiber per day and that has helped a lot also I'm kinda lactose intolerant so I try to eat a yogurt every other day!

Well I had my surgery on a wenesday and on Friday I took my kids skating I sat for the most part but was riding in the car and standing and walking with no problems! But it all depends on the person I'm the type of person that has a very high pain tolerance and I never used pain meds in the hospital or once I came home! Good luck to you on your upcoming surgery!!

I do cardio (walking/jogging) on the treadmill on tuesday's and thursdays....on monday, wenesdays and fridays I weight train....so I work out 5 days a week! I'm kinda frustrated because I have only lost 8 lbs in the last 3 weeks and this morning the scale tried to telling me I gained 11 lbs.....I have no clue how that happened!

yeah I'm about to throw mine out the window!! It's actually gotten me quite angry! Apparently it's trying to tell me that I've gained 11 lbs in just a couple of days!
