I 2nd what sweet said actually I NEVER drank soda before surgery and if I had it was only when eating out at dinner with family and would always be sprite but I had been so long without things I couldn't have the thought of 1 taste of soda wouldn't hurt and now that I know what it does to me I will never ever drink it again!!! Well thank god my boobs haven't gotten saggy I keep them in place real good.....wear a sports bra to bed even!!! They have however gone from a double D to a big C which I'm happy about because my back hurt so much before because they were so big....and I have a feeling me at my smallest is gonna look so so tiny compared to that 4 month pic! I'm small framed so I have to loose more than others to be at a healthy weight I just hope I don't get that too skinny unhealthy gastric bypass look! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

Yes it is a common occurrence to be constipated because both the Iron in your Multivitamins and the high amount of Protein your taking in causes constipation....try milk of magnesia or benefiber once a day!! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

I had my surgery almost 17 weeks ago and now I'm having hair loss starting last week! I'm extremely concerned and I always take my Vitamins and get in almost all of my protein! I started taking 1,000 mcg of Biotin yesterday just wondering if anyone has gone through this already or has any advice!!! I'm freaking out over here about ending up bald...and bald and skinny is not the look I'm going for!
