1 good thing that has happened since your surgery 1 good thing that you are closer to doing 1 good piece of advice for those who are considering surgery 1. I've gone from a size 22 to a size 12 2. Jogging more than one lap around the indoor track at the gym 3. Don't let anyone change your mind do what you feel is best for you and your health and do what will make you the happiest! U look amazing.....that's very disappointing to me as I started off my journey at 247 I'm down to 180 and I can't get past this weight I loose 10 and gain it back and to read your thread makes me very sad I am not anywhere near healthy like I want to be I've had several friends who were my size but lost over a hundred lbs so I'm getting very discouraged!
