Thanks girls and guys (lol) I did manage to loose some more weight I probably weigh less than this because aunt flow came to visit but I didn't weigh in last week but did weigh during the week and I was back up to 188 but weighed in again at 181 I would really rather not say how I lost the weight (ashamed) but here's my latest weigh in!
