I feel like that too and I think it's because maybe our blood sugars are really low because we don't intake sugar except natural sugars and I see you had pb&j the bread could have made your sugar go up fast enough to make you have that dumping effect!

Yeah I used to dye my hair all kinds of crazy colors and no matter what I did it because that's me and that's what I wanted and I didn't care what people thought of me! I'm the same way now I have stretched ear lobes and tatts and idc if people think I'm trashy because of it or not lol I'm just me no one can change that! I live my life for me and not for anyone else! And personally I think girls/guys with stretched ears and tatts is hawt!! -

Yeah me too and I'm constantly having problems with it! Sometimes when it gets hung up you have to shut down the phone an restart it and it's kinda irritating but hopefully they are working on the problems!

Ok...the problem with going to the gym and weight loss is your building muscle as well as loosing inches by going to the gym! I have been so discouraged lately but I've been going to the gym 5 days a week and last week I dropped from 188 to 168 but guess what I'm back at 180 and can only chalk it up to the muscle thing!
