Omg it was the most horrible pain ever!! It felt like someone was stabbing me in my heart and I tried to make myself throw up but it wouldn't come up and I kept gagging and nothing but foam would come up and nothing would help make the pain go away.....so I avoid chicken now too!! Chicken and Mr. Pouchy don't get along! -

There is a system called It Works! I am going to try them once I'm at goal but I have heard a million great things about it!! I definitely need it for my arms and tummy!! -

I was the same way so now that I'm post op I avoid gum at all costs possible!!! I couldn't imagine actually swallowing gum now that I've had chicken get stuck I couldn't even think of the pain swallowing gum would give!
