Hahaha little sandwiches! My mom always said there's no dumb question. Sliders are foods that will slide though you're band....ice cream, cookie dough, chips, dips, milk shakes, things like that.

Bahahaha braille shaving system....I totally feel you on the bedroom stuff! I want to fit in a nice pair of blue jeans and look good in them. I want to be able to keep up with my very active son and husband in hiking, biking, kayaking, water ski, baseball. I want to go to six flags. The list can really go on forever!!! :-)

No bloating, craps, discharge, not cranky, it really is great and so glad that I don't have the headache that comes along with periods anymore

Hi, I was the same way, I've been on the shot for 9 years and I love it! As soon as I got my 1st shot never had cramps or a period....best birth control ever!!!! LOL

Hi, I also have bcbs AL...I'm in my 5th month now, yes your BMI has to be 40 or more for the past 3 years...09, 10,11 back in 09 my BMI was 40. 2 A little too close...lol I'm winding the same question about how much you need to loose during this time...I'm only down about 10 pounds....my doctor always says I'm doing a great job..so I'm not to worried about it. -

Hi I'm new here, I love this site its great! I'm planning on having the surgery in a few months, I'm having to do the 6 month dietary program that my insurance requires me to do. I have BC/BS of AL. I wanted to know if there is a certain amount of weight I need to loose in this 6 month peroid? I havent lost any. I may have put on a pound or 2
