    I'm wondering the same thing. I was submitted exactly 2 weeks ago & I have not heard anything yet. I have Cigna.

    It has been exactly 2 weeks since I was submitted. I have not heard anything from Cigna or my Lapband doctor office. How long does the approval take? Will they call me or send me a letter of some sort?
