well went shopping today went to gnc got my protein powder,chewable multi vitamin,and could not find a chewable calcium citrate,but did find a liquid calcium magnesium citrate hope it is the same, lots of liquids as well,soup broth jello,suger free popsicles got my bebefiber and tums ..tuesday cant get here soon enough !!!!

well we will be banded on the same day,lets get this party started..congrats and good luck on your journey ......

the only people that know iam having wls is my husband,one sister-in-law and a cousin.that is it my co-workers think im having a hiatial hernia fixed which is true but they dont know the extra,my mom had bypass about 10 yrs ago and had many complications and i was dead set against it so maybe im being a lil cautious as far as her finding out but . she also is dealing with my dads health issues right now..heck since the wl is slow an steady she will think the diet an gym r working again i lost 65lbs on my own when she went through her wls well cant wait till tuesday !!!!!1

well iam glad i was only put on phase 1 of the south beach diet pre-op on monday day before surgery last meal is low carb breakfast then liquids the rest of the day, surgery is on tuesday...so sorry for the liquid dietiers...

my date is 5 days away cant wait good luck to you and your family !!!!

my date is a week frm today 1/31/12 you talk about cold feet been there done that but i dont think this is gonna be as bad as my thyroid coming out 5 hrs long.....so we will be fine skinny an sexi.not to mention healthy your fears will go away,,,this to shall pass prayers to you.....

well i got my date january 31st 2012 i got to go for my pre op work at the hosp tuesday and my final weight in wednesday so nervous and excited DR.posner and his staff at the weight loss center are wonderful.......
