I I have United healthcare but I'm in California was a easy to get your approval? I have all need two months remaining on my six-month evaluation did all of the other testing that is required except for apnea test because I was told didn't necessarily need it. -
How long did it take you to get your surgery date?? I'm in my 4th month but don't have a date yet?
